Anybody ever heard of over reaction. The NFL just showed it.

If Ameriquest invests your money like they put on a halftime show. Thier investments would be very slow, steady, and boring.

Half a boob, from a transvestite looking woman whose entire family is nothing but a bunch of freaks to the extreme level.

Cody, get dad's Playboys and go to the bathroom during halftime.

You think previous shows were better? Justin Timberlake? Brittney Spears?

When did the NFL become synonymous with mindless pop icons anyway?

That is all that McCartney is anyway. Just an outdated one. I don't think the NFL should be or is a synonymous for pop icons. But they could at least stay current.

Timberlake and Spears write their music and use instruments? Sell millions of albums over decades and actually have the top producers on the planet making their mixes?

You are sadly mistaken.

Agree completely. The Beatles were a multi dimensional group that had two things the "boy bands" didn't. True musical talent and genious. A "boy band" they certainly weren't.

Mindless pop icons? If it weren't for the Beatles, there would be no f**king Brittany Spears, Justin Timberlake, or even Ashlee Simpson (heaven help us)...
I guess you had to be around at that time, when rock and roll had hit this wall and nothing creative was coming out (one can only do so much with 3 chords). The Beatles changed all that, and the mainstream public accepted it-and they paved the way for a tremendous amout of music that probably would have never been heard, much less created.
I personally, thought it was the best halftime show ever, and I was in the company of quite a few twenty-somethings that totally agreed.
Most people that would regard Sir Paul as a mindless pop icon consider someone like Lyndard Skynard as a legend, but even they regard the Beatles as one of the most crucial links to their success.
Sorry, but to call Paul McCartney a "mindless pop icon" really pisses me off. You might know a lot about other things in life, but you don't know shit about music.

It's hard to imagine that so many millionairs(I can't spell but I ain't as dumb as them.) would waste so much money for entertainment that nobody wants to see. I just don't get it.......that's not new for me of course.

Why the hell did Special Ed think this was the worst halftime show ever, anyway? Is he a devoted fan of Justin Timberlake? Should they have scheduled 98 degrees or something? Maybe Prince? George Michael?

What kind of top 40 lip-syncer would he have preferred to see? How could it be any worse than last year's?

He had fans to entertain.
