The 40th Anniversary of the Super Bowl in Detroit?

I know we've been waiting forever for a return trip for our beloved Chiefs but I swear to God if it ends up being in Detroit in the middle of winter..........I'll go and freeze my ass off.

I'll have my cheese now.

Seriously... KC hasn't played in or won a SB since the league expanded past 10 teams. :p

It would be funny if say Arizona and Miami make the Super Bowl next year. Justice would be served to those snowbirds.

On turf no less... :shake:

It would be impossible because of the weather to partake in all the week-long Super Bowl festivities. Last year, when the Super Bowl came to Houston, there was so much to do at Reliant Stadium and downtown and MOST ALL of it was OUTSIDE. NO WAY it could be duplicated, even partially, if things were moved to inside venues.

I'm guessing that the criminal element has been licking their chops for years since Tags made the announcement. Can you imagine how many people will get rolled during that week?

I wonder if Tyrone Biggins will provide the halftime show....

I would rather watch the Super Bowl when it's warm out and in an outdoor stadium.... and raining 18 M hydrochloric acid than watch the Super Bowl in Detroit
