I do not recall the name, but if memory serves correctly, it was in the Houston area. Seems like a month or so ago there was a mistrial or something do to some doc perjuring himself by saying that he had advised on one of the Law and Order shows when he had not. I believe that is the same case. Screwy deal all the way around.

Hang her from a big ol' oak tree and be done with it.

Your right it was in the Houston area. Her name was Andrea Yates.

The Andrea Yates conviction had been overruled because of the Law and Order evidence...if she had claimed god, it still wouldn't be acceptable for my evidence because she also pleaded insanity. Thanks, though. :thumb:
