I think you'll see either Battle or Bartee playing safety this year. I don't think the Chiefs will sign another safety unless they get a deal they can't pass up. This is just my opinion and I don't have anything substantial to back up my claims.

Not on this one but I did read, over on the other board, that the Chiefs were going to sign Law, Rolle, Trotter, and the LB from Baltimore before it's all said and done. Then with the remainder of the money left under the salary cap the Chiefs are going to pursue Plaxico Buress. :)
