"Official" 40 times, that is those timed as per Olympic timing standards, will probably reach the low 4.2s or so in the next 50 years.

The quoted times you will see in the next 50 years will be about .25-.3 seconds fasterthan official times.

I'm still confused, you have a

or a "pint, quart and a 40"
But I thought you drank a "40" not ran it?
