With the NY Jets, according to local KC sports.

Jets looking to replace L Jordan.. I think Derrick may be starting sooner in NY than he would if he stayed in KC anyway. He'll surprise some people up there.

Way to go Blaylock!

Glad he's getting his shot, and getting a decent paycheck too.

As much as I liked watching him play, I sure hope Carl doesn't match it.

Good for him! He's going to be a big time player. He's certainly paid his dues and hung in there when he was down on the depth chart, and rose to the occasion when he got his shot.

No one has mentioned this...but Blaylock will get a chance to run over his old team when he visits the Chiefs next year. The Jets play in KC.

Man, I hate to see it happen, but I guess all I can do is wish the guy well....

Sometimes I hate the salary cap....

I just hope no one in New York mistakes him for one of their crack fiends with that busted-ass grill of his.

Good for him  IMO he's not feature back material though. He didn't stay healthy either of the last two years playing STs and backup RB. He was great for us as a change of pace RB though. I do think he'll fit that role well for the Jets though. I guess that's probably what they signed him for.

I wish him all the best.

Never complained, never bitched, just put his helmet on and got it done.

He deserves it.

I am happy for Blaylock and believe he will do good things for the Jets. Sorry to see him leave the Chiefs. I still think he makes a better number 2 back because of LJ's attitude when not starting.

(sorry Vlad :p ) I just hope LJ can maintain a good attitude as Priest's backup and I am being serious. LJ did show talent.

LJs #1 RB stuck in a back up role but for our O I think you're right.
