LB Anthony Simmons released

Seahawks.com reports the Seattle Seahawks have released LB Anthony Simmons.
What is the story behind him has he been injured a lot or something. IIRC he used to be a pretty LB.

He's only started 27 of the last 48 regular season games (3 seasons). And his play has been mediocre in those starts.

He either has a hard time staying healthy or he won't/can't play through the pain..

I think some of his coaches and teammates felt he should have casted up his wrist and finished out the season last year..

He's probably the fastest linebacker in the league though, definitely one of my favorite players to watch when he's playing..

He actually got suspended for a game for going ape $hit on Rhodes after Rhodes told him to stop being such a pu$$y and get on the field and play! (paraphrasing)
