Any takers? He's a solid player but may be a little unstable!

• 05MAR05 Tacoma Tribune : Seahawks cut LB Anthony Simmons: Simmons, 28, came to the Seahawks as a first-round draft choice in 1998. When he wasn't verbally assaulting his position coach or rehabbing from injury, the former Clemson standout was a first-rate LB. But the bad had begun to outweigh the good from Seattle's perspective. Unable to trade Simmons and his $3.25 million salary, the team released him Friday, three days before Simmons was due a $500k bonus.

Simmons is pretty solid. He'll end up somewhere quickly.

I also just read where J. Sharper and J. Foreman were possibly given permission to seek a trade. Both would be very solid!

Both are Texans, right? Foreman would be nice, he is one of those "unknowns" that is waiting to make a splash.

Yes, both are Texans. I would take them both if we could!

If he plays weak side I wouldn't mind seeing come in for some chats anyway.
