Hell, let's go grab Scott Frost to play strong safety To go along with Crouch at free. We would have a dominate safety tandem. Nebraska QB's make teh best safeties in the wurld!

No, CP and DV don't want to take a chance on messing up the team chemistry with some FA. The current Chiefs players did not sign up for only one season and they all deserve another chance. CP is just pretending like he is into signing a FA but lets them leave Arrowhead hoping the Chiefs fans will think that he really tried. :rolleyes:

I don't know how it works with players who go on the practice squad needing a new contract? Why does Jeris McIntyre already need a new tender? Didn't we sign him to a multi year deal last year? Montique Sharpe? Anyone, Bueller?
