It appears we're still negotiating with Rolle and that we're worried about the possibility he has a spinal problem.

Has anybody heard anything on Hartwell?

Can't we hand Rolle the signing bonus in two installments? The bigger one upfront, but a good chunk after, say, two years?

I'd think that would be more palatable than some clause specifically referencing his spinal cord condition. :hmmm:
