Read the called shot thread for details, but I called this signing based on a lot of variables:

1. Hartwell has 1 offer on the table in his range.
2. He's failed to garner interest in his other visits.
3. He's on a self imposed deadline.
4. The market hasn't been friendly to him and doesn't look to improve with future cap casualties at MLB.
5. Bell's interviews leaving the door open at MLB.
6. Years of observation of Carl's negotiation tactics.

I just think the way this situation sits combined with the current market equals a signing.

I have the solution for that. Put cloth on his hat and don't use laundry sheets when they wash the towels, static cling will get them.
