Mortgage Rates going up

Rates are climbing so if you have not refied or currently in the loan process lock you loan rates are going up.

Yesterday was not a good day for rates. They went up a quarter and also I believe Tuesday of last week the same thing happened.

I would not advise waiting to see if they will go back down, because it may be a while before that happens..
