Maybe I'm not paying attention anymore, but the fact is I'm getting tired of all these damn acronyms. nttawwt - (not that there's anything wrong with that).
LOL (laughing out loud)

FTLOG (For the love of gawd) can somebody write a complete sentence anymore without me having to check the trusty acronym finder? IMO (in my opinion) this is becoming the cell phone of the Internet. It's annoying and quite frankly- lazy.

So, for those of you who can't seem to read behind the acronyms, let Cosmic help you out. Bookmark this site, and you'll be able read acronyms on the web with fluid ease....

They are still better then just plain mispelling words such as Teh (the) on purpose. I don't use acronyms very often unless it is for laughing. I even have a habit of typing out the spelling of numbers vs. just typing the number, I hate seeing numbers in a letter or sentence.
