HEY!!!!! First one I've ever posted. I'm a little slow at it.

1. This should have been a poll. Please consult Rain Man for tutoring.
2. I believe she suffered for a week with the name change, possibly in anticipation of becoming a granny.
3. Now that she's is a granny, theres no need to remind her of it. She knows as much.
4. No one likes being old, let alone being referred to as old, except Skip and old geezer.
5. Let her recapture her youth with the badgirl name.

And yes, ALL grannys should be PROUD of their grannyhood. And although I don't know what's right for her personally, I don't know why she WOULDN'T want to have her name be granny, I mean anyone can be a girl, but not everyone can be a granny!

I am sure from what he has said before in previos posts, he isn't too concerned about the color of her skin. However, there does appear to be some age-related stereotyping going on. Perhaps he is prejudiced against old people.

No. I don't think much of anything is old. The word has such bad connotation. My granny is 88 years old, but she don't act it. She lives on her own and drives to the store and does all sorts of things most 88 year old people don't (if they're still alive). Is she old? Yeah. Is that a bad thing? NO!

nobody like to admit they are getting old but I am old in a 21 year olds eyes but not a say 50 or 60 year old, my mom is 62 and she says she would give anything to be 40 again, I say your old as you feel and I feel pretty damn old most of the time.
