Years of watching sites make dumb april fools jokes every year has seriously soured me on the tradition. I realize there is no way to expect this site to be the exception... I'm not sure what my point here is other than to express my dismay.

The only consolation I can give you is that most of the ones here will be so ridiculous that they'll be obvious. I just hope that somebody can come up with something good this year.

Hah, Darkhorizons.com (a movie site) has a pretty tame although funny one. On the right side of their site they always list the current week's new film releases, along with a couple of images. Today they have a picture from Sin City and a picture from Star Wars ep. 3, then they list a *sneak preview* for the Star Wars film. Follow the link and it takes you to the snopes page on April Fools' Day origins. ROFL
