Actually, Bartee actually played pretty well in that game against Indy. I remember that alot of people on this board actually had hope for him after that game. But alas, the "real" Bartee quickly showed his true colors of suckatude the next week.

Yes, he did....we were actually talking of removing the Bartee smilie as well. How funny. I have to admit, I was one of those who was teased into thinking Bartee may have found his groove, but alas, he reverted back to his old self.

Yep, I was wrong. He did start 6 or 7 games during the season.

However, to be technical, it would be necessary for him to have ENDED the season as the starter in order for him to STILL be the starter.

As it is, he ended the season on the bench because he didn't start the last 3 games.

I'm concerned about the possibility of him playing Nickle.

No matter what, it key thing is that Gunther & company realize that William Bartee must not be allowed to ever step on the field. Otherwise teams will just throw at him and that's free yards.

It'd be nice if he were just to be cut.
