If you put your kid into the top spot on the first day, the rest of the cheating parents are going to barrage your kid with low votes for the rest of the week. If we were to do it again, we would save all our friends' votes for the home stretch.

There are some damned cute kids in that contest. Not sure if the Planet and my fraternity brothers will be enough.

But that's okay ... as long as he finishes in the top 10 my wife won't cry.
