I say the guys that didn't want him give him a chance, he obviously was the best player available at the time, i think it was a win win with him or Davis available, im really happy about this!

Absolutly I will give him a chance, I do that with any Chiefs player, unlike a lot of people that had given up on LJ...

But basically the players I wanted were gone, and as *ismaqe said, its a pretty good consolation prize.

I was definately on the Davis bandwagon, but that was mainly because I figured DJ would be off the board by the time we picked.

I am THRILLED that DJ fell in our lap.....as Chiefs fans we deserve to have something good happen once in awhile.

I was one of the convertees to the Davis bandwagon. Started reading up on him after you were adamant about it.

It would have been interesting to see what would happen if they were both available when we drafted.

That being said, I love that he dropped to us.
