I have no idea who Tony Basil is, but on the assumption that he, unlike Dylan, won't make my ears bleed, I'll take him.

It's a she, usually spelled Toni, but sometimes Tony. She did the totally obnoxious song back in the 80s, "Mickey". It won't make your ears bleed, it will make your brain bleed.

Thanks dude. I had completely blotted Mickey out from my brain, and now you've brought back horrible *shudder* memories that are *quiver* causing convulsions....
