I am not sure if Morton is going to be cut,unless we pick up another veteran WR. Hicks there is a chance, but most likely just a restructured contract. I am not sure we will actually cut anyone, but we might. Woods will not be cut untill training camp, they are going to give him a chance to improve to old form.

I doubt anyone that signed a contract that included a signing bonus last year will be cut this year. That includes Woods, Wesley, Bartee, and Hicks. Unless, the Chiefs can afford to eat the prorated signing bonus against the cap this year.

I woudn't be surprised to see Morton, McCleon (small cap hit), Maz, Barber, Horne, Stills, Pile, and Caver gone.

It depends on the size of thier signing bonuses wether we could afford to eat the excellerated bonus. I don't remember Carl handing out any large signing bonuses to those guys so we may be able to part with a couple of them and save some cap money.

It will be Morton, Maz, Bartee (we better), I wish Hicks would go or restructure so we could sign Corey Simon along with Law. Our defense would be the shit. Assuming Law is healthy of course.

Hicks isn't going anywhere.

I see realistic possibilities being Morton and an injury Settlement with Maz...but not until camp, when/if he can't play.

I could also see Bartee being let go, but not until Camp.
Morton is the only one I can really see being released outright.
