My yearly Spring/Summer public service announcement

Now that Spring is firmly entrenched and Summer is close I've begun seeing the single most abhorrent and most frequent fashion misstep in the male professional sector. You cannot, I repeat cannot wear a ****ing tie with a short-sleeved shirt. For those of you that dress this way, you look like a ****ing retard. That is all.

Is it ok then to roll up your sleeves if your not wearing your sport coat? I'd sure hate to look like a dweeb.

No problem, ties don't even go with my vast collection "Frankie Says Relax" short sleeved shirts anyway.

Yes, the roll up is acceptable, perhaps even cool.

Roll up makes you look like a mover and doer. Especially if worn while carrying around a folder crammed with papers.

With the right look and proper tude you can get ahead without actually doing anything resembling work.
