Based on the comments of one of his biggest supporters (http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?p=2466247&highlight=gopher#post2466247), Bob Dole declared Rich Scanlon's nickname to be "Gopher" a full 9 days ago.

Now, ROYC75, who apparently can't even figure out how to turn off the CAPS LOCK KEY, comes on here today spouting his silly "Scanimal" crap and claiming to be THE PRESIDENT OF THE GOPHER SCANLON FAN CLUB.

Bob Dole posts this completely unbiased and scientifically valid poll and leaves it to you, the ChiefsPlanet Faithful, to decide Gophers true official nickname.
