I'm predicting 15 tackles, 2 sacks, and a fumble recovery for a TD for SuperFreak Richy Boy.

I'm going with Scanlon really coming to play this game I say he doubles up and gets: 84 tackles 4 sacks and an interception. After all this is Rich Scanlon we are talking about.

Smith has had a pretty good year as well.

I just hope the Scanlon jersey I ordered arrives in time for my annual World Bowl party.

Smith has had a pretty good year as well.

So has Connot.

All three have a chance to make it.

positives: has a real nose for the ball and seems to have good feel for the game. Good size, good speed, good hands, heart

negatives:not that quick, takes awhile for him to get started. seems to always be THAT guy ... the guy that runs up to the pile as the tackle is being made instead of getting a real shot in.

note: the standing by the pile may be just part of the defensive scheme. he might be being told to stay back as last line of defense as the free safety... but just wanted to note it anyway.

Is that your analysis?

I think Connot has very good speed. The announcers at various games (one of them was Darren Sharper) raved about his make up speed. Supposedly was timed in the mid 4.4s range. Has also had 5 ints in the last 3 games, along with one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

Lays a nice lick on his tackles, too.

I think he has a pretty good shot at the fourth safety spot, unless Pile has drastically improved (I'm going on the assumption Woods get released for cap reasons).

Rich Scanlon is becoming as legendary as Mike Ditka superfan style. With this in mind, let's get to the real question here, guys...

Rich Scanlon vs. a hurricane...

Scanimal the breakfast cereal had to be shelved for now. They found that while in the package, the vitamin fortified Scanimal shapes would squeeze all the air out of the marshmallow footballs. Leaving the cereal tasting flat, but the Scanimal shapes never got soggy in milk
