I'm not doing a very good job of updating this. Or listening to the game. Checking on Phil putting the finishing touches on my new deck keeps pulling me away.

Anyway, 2-0 Royals in the bottom of the 1st. Whoo-hoo.

That deck has taken longer to build than the ****ing Deathstar...

Will it have lazer beams that fry dogs who invade to shat in the yard?...

The way they're having to take turns bailing each other out of Mexican jails, I'm surprised it's even close to being done...

Hey, Endelt, did Phil remember to run you a couple of cable outlets to the outside wall of the deck? You'll need them when you have a Super Bowl party. I hope this doesn't delay his departure but you REALLY need them.

Calcountry
06-04-2005, 12:52 PM
Er, make that 4-0.Thats better, I mean, WTF you got Phil doing all the work on your deck while you hoist the brews and run to the Q mart for Ice.

He said he's not qualified for that kind of work. When can you make it to Phoenix, Skip? We can take a side trip to Mexico...

I hear that you could get a good truck pretty cheap in mexico.

Why is Lima still in?

Lima's four pitch walk starts off the inning.

Sure-Oz

He really needs to get cut or put in the pen, where he started with the dodgers.

**** you lima

Alright Lima, I'm thankful for how well you have pitched for us at times... but shape up or ship out.

siberian khatru
06-04-2005, 01:29 PM
If Lima's not giving up 5 runs in the 1st to put the team in a hole, he's blowing 4- and 5-run leads that are handed to him. What a faulking pile.

I didn't expect him to be Greg Maddux, but I never though Lima would be this bad. We could bring up Jimmy Gobble and get better results than this.

Think of it as a 7-2 loss; same run margin, and easier to blame on bad offense. :)

Better than losing 14-1 like we did last week. I will take 4 wins in a row right now. Let's jsut come back and get them tomorrow. We put up a fight that's all I care about right now.

Anyway, I didn't feel like watching a f*cking gameday java app for nine innings today and the game isn't on here, so I was...elsewhere.

Rubber game tomorrow, bitches. 4321

And you're facing the AL's lowest ERA, too.

Chan Ho is 6-1 this year.Which is notable considering just how poorly he's thrown all year. ERA over 5, whip over 1.5.

Hopefully today was the end of Lima. But I'm not holding my breath.

Eh, he's been better. He's allowed 3 earned runs or less in 6 of his 11 starts.

I still don't want him resigned.
