Anybody seen these before. I have them everywhere. I am planning in putting a new yard in in August/September. I would like to know what I am dealing with here.

Someone said they could be wasp holes. Anybody else wanna take a shot. They seem to be everywhere all of a sudden. They holes are about the size of a dime.

Yep, you've got a good outbreak of holes there. Generally speaking they end, but I've heard tell of some that go all the way to China.

I think you've got some species of Ground bee, or possibly ants.

If you don't see either of those coming and going...I guess it could be as simple as night Crawlers.

Next time it rains, go check them with a flashlight.

i've got a few of those in my old sandbox that's filled with years of grass clippings turned into rich, well-drained dirt...

the box is growing killer tomatoes and giant-assed butternut squash plants...

the rest of the garden looks like shit, basically... :( :( :(

Took this picture a few nights ago. The locust had just came out of his shell. He apparently couldnt move or fly yet. I got pretty close to him. he was really green and kind of eerie looking up close. Anyway I thought it would be pretty cool to show my niece and nephew. Now they finally know what the shells are you find everywhere. :hmmm:

They are mountains not very far from where I live. I doubt they made the holes, though.
