I've seen before that there is at least one mortgage lender on here, looking for advice. I'd love to refinance my home to a 15 year mortgage with no money out of my pocket. Is this possible? What kind of rate would I be looking at? I just purchased the house 1 1/2 years ago, so maybe it isn't a great idea for me.

how much is it APPRAISED for

what do you need the refinance for? If it's to save money, you probably won't save anything on payments, but you will pay less interest, that is still a savings
