I've seen too much freaky shit from this guy. He did this one trick, where he had a woman sign a quarter. Then he swallowed it, pushed it through his arm(you could see the outline through his skin) slit open his wrists, and pulled the quarter out with the signature.

****ing....weird.

I liked it better when it was david blaine, street magic. If nobody saw the tv show where they debunked his magic tricks, then I pity you. Criss was sloppy and one could see his feet move frm the wire "levitating him" without a sweat. I don't wear my contacts at night and I could see the "fake" without trying. I am disappointed because I thought he was going to be something special, really good. NOT!

Do you remember what the name of the show was? Or what exactly did they disprove. i was trying to google it but found nothing

It was on FOx back in like, 1998-2000. They had two seasons of it, I think. They showed how it was all done, the levitation (wires) and other things too. Secrets revealed, or something enticing like that, it was called. I wish I could.

I didn't mean that I don't a good mind ride, but I knew what to look for, so I looked right at his feet and they were wabbnling on a string all over, so it let me down a little. I guess with his hype he'd have been more still

Watching him tonight. Interesting to say the least. My mind can't get around the fact that I know he is cheating. Just not so obvious how.

Nice bump huh?:D

Several of his tricks the person, or group he plays them on are part of it.

Plus he has control over what the cameras show. So its carefully edited. Thats a big part of it.

There are sites that tell how he does the tricks or speculate how he does them.

He's a fraud to me. Very overrated.

Chris Angel is the WORST magician ever! He's not a magician at all. It's all just crappy camera tricks. He doesn't do any slight of hand or anything challenging. You can even see flaws or figure our many of his so called illusions. He's the worst I've ever seen.

If you can figure them out, they must be tricks a 4th grader could do.

Dont all magicians do a form of trickery and fakery?? What difference does it make if its TV edits or slight of hand or props? Its all fake in some form or another.

I still prefer Copperfield... although many can't stand him.

I like this guy. His "walking on water" act is amazing.

But, I truly love table magic. Really close-up stuff with cards and things. I spent an evening at the Magic Castle once and toured around back for a while after a show. There were several magicians just hanging out who wanted to show us some table magic. It was incredible. Absolutely amazing stuff. These guys could make balls disappear and then instantly show up in a woman's purse. Of course, there are a bunch of women in LA who can do the same thing, but they're a lot more expensive.

If that is true about the crane and wires then everyone standing around him has to be in on the trick. How could you NOT see a crane? There has to be something else less obvious than a crane carrying him across the street like that.

The camera will just show you what he wants you to see. Usually a small group of people (paid actors) are around when he does his tricks.
I will clap and ooohh and aaahhhh for 500 dollars.
