In case you missed the assessment of USA Today on the geriatric old depends-wearing Chiefs:

"Kansas City finally woke up and tried to address its defensive woes,
but now the offense is getting creakily old.

•Predicted order: San Diego, Oakland, Denver, Kansas City."

OK, ok.... some of the Chiefs aren't old. They are drug dealers. I don't see how you guyz can root for a team comprised of criminals and old people.

Im still confused how we have drug dealers, did I miss something?Isn't one of your guys suspended for dealing drugs? I think maybe the reason the Chiefs are such drug-using criminals is because Kansas City has a much higher crime rate than Oakland. Arrowhead draws from the surrounding criminal population, which is why the Chiefs fanz are.... like they are. Here are the crime rates for raucous Kansas City and relatively peaceful Oakland:

Oakland______ murder: 7.8 ___rape: 27.5 ___crime index: 4,896
Kansas City___ murder: 8.3 ___rape: 47.7 ___crime index: 6,338

http://www.bestplaces.net/docs/studies/crime3.aspx

Its time for you Chiefs Fanz to face the music. Your drug-using criminal team is older than the Raiderz. Your crime-infested city is more violent than Oakland. You have trashed the enemy, and he is you.

Janikowski Arrested
Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski was jailed after getting into a fight in a Walnut Creek, Calif. restaurant Sept. 20, 2003, according to published reports.

Janikowski, 25, was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor vandalism and public drunkenness, Walnut Creek police Lt. Loren Cattolico told The Associated Press.

Janikowski, who pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving in October 2002 and was placed on three years probabtion, was bailed out of County Jail in Martinez, Calif. early Sept. 21, 2003 after posting $2,500 bail, Contra Costa County sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said.

A fight reportedly broke out on the patio of Slattes Supper Club in Walnut Creek. When officers arrived, several people told them they had been assaulted by Janikowski, who was "very intoxicated," police said.

Jimmy Tang, co-owner of Slattes, had a somewhat different version of the incident compared to the police report. In an interview with The Mercury News, Tang said that Janikowski's altercation was with only two patrons and that the Raiders kicker broke the sideview mirror off of only one car.

"He apologized and offered to pay for it," Tang said. "The guy is all, 'No, no, I'm pressing charges.'"

Two days after the altercation, Janikowski played in the Raiders' 31-10 loss at Denver on Sept. 22, 2003. Before the game, Raiders senior assistant Bruce Allen told reporters: "It would have been inappropriate to come to a judgment. I feel he can be absolved from all this."

If Janikowski is charged and convicted, his three-year probation from his 2002 DUI conviction could be affected and he could be subject to disciplinary action by the NFL.

Although Janikowski didn't speak to reporters following Oakland's loss at Denver, The Polish Cannon made a terse comment coming off the practice field two days later: "I'm not going to talk about anything ... only football," he said.

Ugly, your...dumb
"Your dumb." Certainly you can see the irony there, chero? But please don't ban me... I'm only trying to help by pointing out these other ironies as well.

Kinda like how KC Fanz usta always harp on how Oakland's team was too old. And now its the Chiefs that are the ones that are, in USA Today's words, "creakily old".... all of a sudden you are saying that old is good instead of bad.

And like how ChiefsFanz usta rag on Oakland for being a violent town fulla criminals, but it turns out that it is actually Kansas City that has the high number of murders and rapes and crime index.

And like how ChiefsFanz usta say that the Raiderz are a team of criminals, but it turns out that the Chiefs have had their fair share of criminals as well.

Please don't ban me for pointing out these truths. Hey, but cheer up a bit! Even old teams can make some headway. Just three short years ago when Oakland was the old team, we made it to the SuperBowl. Now that KC is old, you guyz might break out of your funk (see my sig).

Now that Oakland is not the old team, we are but an unknown quantity. As Inside Bay Area Sports points out:

"Change in the NFL is expected. But as the Oakland Raiderz go to camp this week, the changes are more extreme than most teams usually anticipate. There could be 15 — eight on offense and seven on defense — and possibly more alterations in the opening day starting lineup from a year ago. That's a change of about 70 percent."

Look at it this way... if you win three (3) postseason games every year for the next five (5) years, you'll have almost as many postseason wins as the Raiderz!

UD... these stats you mention... just one problem, the % is based off the number of people in the city... I think Oakland has a lot more people than KC, making oakland have "more criminals" than KC...

Also you have to realize that there are about a gazillion fellons in prison not able to cause more crime... The ones that arent in prison show up to the games.... now if there were less people in jail, you might be able to sell out a game so people can enjoy games from their home...

I don't think you are a fool. But then what's MY opinion against thousands of others?

Take your % and shove them up your arse...

Should be much better. I think the Huskers should at least go 8-3 this year. The Blackshirts should be much improved. Callahan will most likely throw all the 4-5 star baby Huskers into the fire and get them seasoned. On offense I can see the new WR's get lots of playing time. As well as Marlon Lucky at I Back. The Oline will be their strength as well. 06 looks to be the National coming out party for the Huskers. BUT if Callahan doesn't go to a bowl game this season, his ass will defineitly-sp be on top of the stove with the burner turned on high.

Yeah.... after a while it goes from stirring sh*t to wondering if he's trying the strategy of repeating it until you believe it...

No, he just saw his team fall apart from old age so he believes it will happen to the Chiefs. What actually happened to his team is Gruden left, injuries mounted, no depth to step up, and the jail birds stomped the new coach in the ground.

It is true that the Chiefs have some age on offense, but outside of QB there is evidence of good youth ready to take over. Even at QB I think the team is ok with Collins.

The ignorance with comparing what happened to the Raiders to what will happen to the Chiefs is when the old Raider guys got injured there was nobody to take their spots. Plus, the Raider coaches were worthless without Gruden. Thus, the problem was not age it was an issue of no depth and bad coaching. The Chiefs on the other hand have good young talent on the depth chart on offense and excellent coordinators.

If UD wants a soft target he should aim at the defense like everyone else. But, knowing UD he never lets good sense get in the way of trying to stir up the Planet.
