Sheldon Mickles, of the Advocate, reports New Orleans Saints LB James Allen (knee) missed both team practices Saturday, July 30, because he twisted his left knee on the final play of practice Friday evening, July 29. Allen had an MRI and head coach Jim Haslett said the tests were negative.
