Drove up to work today and the rain in the mountains was extremely heavy. Hit a couple of major puddles doin about 70, made the heart pound pretty hard...get to work feel like shit...tired and achy muscles....THEN just 5 mins ago dispatch advises us there is a rockslide that just occured 2 miles east of here covering both directions of I-70....my only route home :cuss::cuss::cuss:

Watch out for that overpass at C-470 and I-70. I hear it can give you a splitting headache.

I'll bet you can go west on I-70, cut south at Leadville, get across to Buena Vista, and then come up 285. You might want to get started soon, though, since that's about a nine-hour drive.

yikes I'm here till 6 am....I just heard over the radio the FD cleared the westbound lanes and they are workin the eastbound now

Shhhhhh... I've got a better chance of getting away with it if no one's looking.

It'll be more fun if it's out in the open and the stupid twat still doesn't get it. Just my opinion.
