As a spinoff of kchiefsqt's thread, let's assume that our job is to pick the world's greatest athlete. To do so, we need to define 20 "sporting endeavors" that they need to perform in competition with each other.

Please propose your "sporting endeavors" here. We'll tally them up and then use them as the testing grounds for the World's Greatest Athlete competition.

I'll start with a few:

1. 100-meter dash.
2. Play running back for a full 16-game NFL season.
3. High Jump
4. Standard military obstacle course.
5. 1-mile run
6. Get 200 major league baseball at-bats
7. Wrestle
8. Combined weightlifting (I need some help here to figure out exactly which types of weightlifting.)

Complete the Daytona 500.

Forget it, 50 year old men and 120lb rednecks do that every year.

How about hitting a moving target with a baseball at 50 yards?
