Don't give a shit. Personally, he's a little whiney bitch, and has a long ways to go to be as good as his brother (or his dad for that matter.)

I predict 63% 3400 yards with 31 TDs thrown a QB rating of over 90

Good luck to any quarterback in that Tom Coughlin led Giants offense....not to mention the cold and wind of the meadowlands.

No, no, we said the OTHER Manning. For the other Manning I am predicting another record year. This time 5000 yards, 69% 50TDs and a 110 or higher QB rating.

Because

1. I like the kid, even more than his brother, I am a big fan.
2. He told San Diego to go f*ck themselves, you got to love that
3. He is incredibly talented.

Do you think he'll take the Giants to the playoffs this year?

I predict Eli Manning will have 3,200 yards passing and 22 TDs in his second season, and go 8-8 or 9-7 with the Giants

Actually, I'll always hate him for that--just as I always hated John Elway (and currently do hate Steve Francis).

I wish the NFL would institute a rule that would prevent prima donnas from saying where they will and will not play straight out of college.

It would probably require an independent arbitrator to work, but I think teams ought to have the rights to a rookie player for several years as long as an indepent person determines a fair contract has been offered.

No sitting out one year to be drafted by another team. If you don't like the team that drafted you, you can go work construction for five years and see if the NFL cares about a 27 year old rookie.

Not much you can do about the Elways who will get good money in baseball anyway, but there aren't that many people who could make nearly as much money elsewhere as a first round pick in the NFL.

So, I'll be hoping for 49% completion, <2000 yards passed, 31 INTS, and a QB rating under 60.
