Dad's side. More specifically, I'd have to say from my grandparents on my dad's side. I spent a lot of time with them growing up. They did a lot of shaping on my personality. I actually have more in common personality-wise with my grandfather than I do anyone else.

My traits are drawn from the people I spent the most developmental time with: Dastardly Dan and Muttly, and Space Ghost. My mother, too, but to a lesser extent.

I see a little of each in me. I tend to keep my cool when stressed, only get excitable over certain issues, and can budget my money (for the most part). Those I get from my dad. I can be airheaded, and can tend to go on and on once you get me started on something. Those I get from my mom.

But you said BEST personality traits. I would have to go with dad on that.

Honestly? This is going to sound silly, but after I saw the movie Army of Darkness, I think I adopted some of the character traits of Ash. I used to take a lot of shit from alot of people before seeing that movie. Now, not so much.
