Some guy with a nice hat that thought enough of the Chiefs, he wanted to retire a Chief.

He said he'd have to check us out over here.

Folks, here's Derrick Alexander...

So I should hide my "focal point of the Jimmy Raye offense" jokes then?

You could just say, "Thanks for having the fourth best season in Chiefs receiving history, having the seventh best career yardage and tenth most catches among Chiefs' receivers ever".

Congrats to Derrick and all, but that hat just looks strange on him. Maybe he need to get with Spike Lee on how to bend the hat.

ROFL....too funny....ROFL

Seriously though, DA gave us the first glimpse of real offensive firepower in 2000, after countless years of 3-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust.

78 catches, 1391 yards (17.8 ypc), 10 TDs

The guy had the hat in his hand for all of 10 seconds before I snapped the pick - I hooked up with Phob over lunch, stole the hat out of the front-seat of his truck, and gave it to DA.

Oh crap... another Chief in trouble, this time for receiving stolen property... It's Tamarick Vanover all over again!

Actually, Phil helped me out, and we decided it would just be a nice thing to do. If anybody else wants to chip in on the hat, send your $50.00 and $100.00 donations to 37Forever...

Pretty cool pic. We could probably use him this year. Think he'd come out of retirement?

Yeah, the ****ing greatness that was Johnny Johnson really puts DA's career into perspective.

Shame he couldn't come back from the injuries...
