I have a great respect for those of you that pick something and stick with it for many months at a time. You know who you are. Logical, Gaz, etc.
Poll forthcoming.

This is my 2nd avatar, and I'm going back to the original pretty soon. I've changed my sig around a few times, though.

I've stuck with the same avatar for most of my tenure but the sig changes from time to time.

I think I have changed my Av a few times, though I plan to keep with the M logo theme I have used for the last few. My signature I have changed 3 times since signing up, I had Gannon's Superbowl Record setting stats in for a while but replaced that with my adopt a chief.

I've never changed either from the time I signed up.
Whenever I feel like it. I try to make it different, sometimes I like to freak people out.

I've always stuck with the Twins logo. Using a Chiefs avatar would be redundant since I'm posting on a Chiefs BB.

Maybe you're a Vikings fan, who knows... :)

Oh no. You've made me insecure enough in my fandom to throw something Chiefs in my sig.
I rarely change my avatar, if I do it's only to my Kenny from south park. I've used those 2 for the past 2-3 years. I'm keeping the Bart for a while just because it's annoying and obnoxious.
My signature is usually there for 6 months to a year then I change it. Of course the current one I've had since J. Allen was drafted.

yea that one is a little eerie. Of course the one with the eyeball that looks around has got to be the one that freaks me out more than any other. Not sure who has/had it, but it always catches my attention.
fwiw, I kinda prefer that people keep the avatars for awhile, I tend to look for those when I'm searching for a certain poster, as opposed to there actual BB name.

I change a few times a year.
But I don't know if that counts since I just rotate in and out about 4 avatars...

I used to change my avatar quite a bit when the mood struck me. I've had my current one for at least a couple of years. I don't think I could find a better one to match my username, so I doubt I'll ever change it again.
I forgot, I do have a Halloween version that I've used the last two years.
As for my sig, I change that every once in a while, whenever I feel like it.
Here's my Halloween avatar:
