I've heard he was playing well but I don't know any details.
Now I wish I had watched a Dallas game or two...

This is the guy I wanted for us. Actually over DJ even. I was so bummed when Dallas took him.

He is playing well.

The 2 primary reasons he would win RotY over DJ, even if DJ was the better player overall are:

1.He plays for the Cowboys, and we all know the media just loves the Boys.
2.He will be blitzing the QB far more than DJ, so will likely get more sacks, which is about the only way the media can rate LBs.

His last preseason game he had an INT, a couple of sacks, and a forced fumble. Or something like that- he had a monster of game. I was hoping we'd get him, but I'm happy with DJ.

Agree on both your points. The best chance DJ has to over come the media favortism is if the Chiefs defense gets tough and the team makes the playoffs whiles the Girls don't.

The Chiefs don't like "tweeners" so I didn't see them taking Ware. He's perfect for the 3-4.

Dj will have no compititon if he has great stats and the defense is ranked in the top 10..
