As I watch the game tonight Vs The Rams, Im going to be thankful. Thankful that I dont live in New Orleans anymore for one thing. Tonight I wont judge Surtain nor Roaf in their play because of their families and their situations, or anyone else affected by this historical tragedy. I wish I could help besides donating money, but all I can do is be thankful.

Sat down to dinner Wednesday with the family, picked up my glass of water for a nice cold drink and it hit me all of a sudden.

Told the wife and kids (6&9) that this would be a really good time to be grateful for where we are and the condition we are in. Healthy, comfortable, and istting in air conditioning in a stable part of a great country.

We don't stop and think about that often enough.
