How was that email recieved? My company will be sending linemen down there sometime soon. It is going to be tough duty...although I will not be one of the ones going.

Koppel was blasting the FED guy last night about the national guard deployment taking too much time.
The guys answer was that too many people didn't evacuate.
Ted said that they weren't prepared at all. Called the national guard deployment too slow and said the Military should be involved earlier.
I have to agree . They looked clueless.

OK, most of you know my son in law is getting ready for deployment to Iraq. Well, they are on hold now, it has been mentioned and it's possible they could be sent to New Orleans to set up camp.
No other details at this time........
