you are hosed at RB...

JSP's team will throttle yours 9 weeks out of 10. if you've got faulk..you'd be wise to try to trade him out of the starter, Steven Jackson.

Yeah, Brady was like the 4th pick in our draft, which gave us all a pretty good giggle.

Went fifth in mine. I had him listed as my fourth choice. Oh well, he's a decent QB at least. Even if we do occasionally want to bop him on the head and drop him down a mineshaft.

I'd be a bit afraid with your team, RB and WR are just kind of eh.

Does everyone know what we're playing for here?

Grand Prize
The Grand Prize is awarded to the League Champion with the highest Championship Ratio as defined below. The Grand Prize is a trip for two to Super Bowl XL in Detroit, MI. Includes round trip airfare to/from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations for 4 days and 3 nights, ground transportation to and from the game. (Approximate retail value: $5,000)

The Championship Ratio will take into consideration the team's total points scored for the season (by players in the "active" lineup) and a relative league strength.

Your Championship Ratio is equal to your League Score, minus the average League Score for all teams, divided by the standard deviation of League Scores for all teams.

Your League Score is equal to the sum of all points scored by all teams in your league for the entire season, multiplied by the total number of points scored by your league's championship team for the entire season.

My team was auto-drafted, and it's garbage. Trent Green was my first round pick, in front of the likes of Shaun Alexander. I wasn't able to get to the league page a couple of days ago, so I assumed the league had been cancelled.

Man, can't a rookie get a little love? :shake: No worries, it's all in fun, and free, and a learning experience to boot.

Team Scanlon is first up on the radar. The website shows me down at a RB position and a WR. But, I make that up at QB with Manning vs. Favre and gain a 4 point edge.

LOL! First time live draft is a bit painful, especially when it happens like ours were 7 picks would happen in one second so you had to rush to see who was still available. Not one of my queued players ever made it to me, and I actually missed out on a couple guys I would have taken instead of who I have. Oh well, live and learn.
