OK... so I drafted Peyton Manning as my QB so I'd never have to think about my QB position other than the Colts bye week. Now I'm wondering... do I really start him on the road against the Baltimore d... or go with Roethlisberger at home vs. the Titans...?

Are you serious? I'm starting Fav-rah over Rothlisisislabegerer if that tells you what I'd do.

Hey I said it was a stupid question. Just over-thinking it obviously.

When the Raven defense puts the clamps on PM and Big Ben tears up the Titans I'm holding you all personally responsible.

Lets just say, right now, that starting Manning might be a better option during his bye week instead of starting Ben.

Ben would be a bad idea... Bettis is out, Duce will be the BACKUP running back... their 3rd RB will start... they won't have a running game, if you ask me.

I'm new at FFL too, but I drafted Bettis (thinking he'd be good for the first half while Staley recovered) and that's the news on him... I think with the game on Ben's shoulders, the Titans will play the pass all day long.

One of two things will happen. He'll light it up and all of us that own him will be sorry or he'll throw 3 picks, no tds, and the Titan's DB's will have more yards than the Steeler's WRs.

I'm betting strongly on #2.

I'm actually not new to FFL... just thought it was a decent question. I guess not.

It's certainly not that I think Ben is anywhere near Peyton... but neither is the defense he's playing against compared to Peyton's opponent. I had Peyton as my starter anyway. Just thought I'd get the pulse of the planet. Sometimes the pulse tells you you're a dumbass.

For one thing, the Ravens reputation for strong Defense is well deserved, but exceeded their play last year. That said, many people get concerned over starting players against them. If you had less of a QB than you do, it would be more realistic.
