I think he's a quality receiver, but I don't know if he's a real upgrade.

No. He was drafted in 1998. Rd 2 by the Indianapolis Colts.

Hmm..thats weird...i could have sworn we drafted some WR in the late rounds named Pathon in the mid 1990's??

hmmm.. well hell, if he can come in and do a little something then I'm all for it, but...

Is the seahawks system anything like what we run? I've never really payed much attention. If not, that's a pretty rough offense to be just thrown in.

Pathon would be a quality pickup. Once again, I think that would mean the end of Svitek or someone of that ilk.

Pathon probably would be our 2nd best WR if he signed. He's started for the Saints the past couple years, but signed with the Hawks as a UFA this offseason. Nice career choice.

Pathon>Chris Horn, I say sign him it's a significant upgrade to the position.
