This guy can't cover a turtle, let alone an NFL receiver. What kind of dirt does this guy have on :deevee: We better hope Surtain is available next week or it's going to be a nightmare against Moss and Porter and Co. :(

I thought McCleon played OK. I know one pass was completed on a crossing route. If the QB makes a good pass, not many CB's can defend it. I can't remeber any terrible reads.
Really the ones who struggled in pass defense today were Washington and DJ.

To me, it looked like most of the passes Pennington completed were to McCleon's side, except for the passes Baker caught. Seemed like no one on the D could cover him :shake:

Are we doomed?
I don't see why Surtain should be out next week. They said during the game that he had a concussion. Unless it was something more severe then that he should be back after a day or two.

McCleon and Washington both got exposed a bit towards the end. Once Warfield comes back and Surtain's healthy, we'll be set.
And I love Benny Sapp. :)
