When does season 2 start? I'm hooked!

Should I check out season 1? Seems like they showed all the highlights...

Season 2 starts next Wednesday, the 21st.

Definitely check out season 1. In fact, you should punch yourself into a coma for even missing the first season.

There's no way in hell that a 30 minute recap did the season justice.

There is no way to catch everything in 30 minutes. They throw so many little things in that seem like nothing, yet come back as important details in later episodes. I'd recommend buying the DVD set and watch the entire season 1. Watch very closely too. I have a co-worker who watched the original airing and is now re-watching the season on DVD and she says there are lots of things she missed the first time around.

You could have stopped here. The rest of the sentence was unnecessary.

I found this appetizer.

I would never have figured this character to have entered the "Hatch" first.

Holy shit. Did you hear the voices?

That would scare the shit out of me.

Yeah, it is my bet that the show turns into X-files on an island - which is ok since I loved X-files.

Pretty much...very little actually happened in the 9 months of incessant re-runs with new shows mixed in once every 3-6 weeks.

Are you kidding me? They aired a new show once every 3 weeks?

Just about...from January through May when they aired the season finale, they had probably 8 shows in 20+ weeks.

There were 24 shows, just like every other drama on television. They tend to bunch 6 at a time, just like every other drama on television.

Three of the bunches will be in Nov, Feb, & May to coincide with sweeps, just like every other drama on television.

That may very well be, but this show was the first one that I can recall becoming very frustrated with because of the lack of action in the 'new' shows and what seemed like more than usual re-runs.

It's a good show, but was very slow in the first season....frustratingly slow with many story lines that just disappeared from week to week.

You're better off skipping the season and buying the DVD set afterwards. It might actually seem cohesive and give you the sense that there is a plot progressing forward.

I agree that there were times the "new" shows did not fulfill the promise of a past show....

but to claim that there were more "re-runs" in this show than any other is incorrect. They all run 22-24 new shows per season.

Oh Lord, please forgive me for blaspheming the series Lost which left me with an impression that the season was rife with reruns!

Is that better 'slow?

...they actually aired 16. Again, you are going off of your perception, not what was really there.

LOL...yeah, it's so important to be 'up' on the important stuff like how many episodes of Lost were aired.

Thankfully, we got 'slow here to get me straight.

Nice work, 'slow...you win! Take a hundred from petty cash and celebrate.

No, what it shows is that if you have no idea what you are talking about you should shut up.

Not that you have ever learned that lesson.
