on the decision to keep Boerigter inactive and use both Grigsby and Scanlon on special teams!
I think maybe they could have justified puttin Parker inactive and leaving in Bo', but I think the Raiders have a very good return guy in Carr, and the staff made the decision to activate two guys they thought could do a better job containing him than Bo'.
The one touchdown has to be credited on Carr's one long return...
