It won't happen until he actually turns around to look for the ball that Green throws to him.

Not much of a first impression.

Kris Wilson is the best O(face)-back Al Saunders has ever seen. Al Saunders makes a messy on the sheets dreaming new ways to employ his newest weapon in the vast arsonal.

I thought he was supposed to be our secret weapon or the key to the game or something :hmmm:

He's no John Tait.

Double top secret weapon. So much so that he never sees the field. Heck, I'm surprised he's even on the roster.

he got a carry last night. :)He got a ball thrown to him too. Unfortunately, he was too busy streaking down the field creating mismatches to turn around and catch it. :shake:

With the preface that I've been a Wilson pimp since we drafted him I suspect that the packages that utilize him are not used in the absence of Roaf and Sampson.

I must admit I'm not seeing what any of the hype is about. Guy looks like another midget who can't catch and isn't too bright.

He is. He's so secret we can't even know about him.

Not a big complaint but I think I would rather see Boerigter on gamedays. I have not yet seen Wilson do anything that Bo could not do and Bo is productive on special teams. Anyways, I'll guess Wilson gets his first reception in the Denver game.

I thought Wilson looked spectacular on this play:

Al's playcalling sucked. We ran up the guard's butt or off tackle on almost every third and short.

A short play action pass to Wilson would have been ideal in those situations.

I'm picking this week. I'm surprised he hasnt had one yet considering how much he has been hyped since last pre-season

A short play action pass to Wilson would have been ideal in those situations. We did that. It was just a TE streak and Wilson was open. He just didn't turn around to catch the damn ball. He's not going to get his number called very often if he keeps acting like it's dodgeball.

I don't think that was on third down.

A streak wasn't what I had in mind either. Something short.

I liked on KCFX when he got a carry Mitch Holtus said "OMG we have a big foot sighting!"

I know, I know, i really shouldnt complain about the team too much and Carl considering the offseason he had this year, but i cant keep quiet for too much longer. Our 2004 draft is starting to look diasasterous, two words: Siavii and Wilson. DAMNIT CARL!!!
