Good to see these stats. It'll be even more interesting to see this after Week 17.

Even I think DJ is a stud, and will more than likely win def. player of the year and a possible Pro Bowl birth, these rankings are so f'd up it's unbelievable.

ROFL you saw that too? I was watching the game with my pops and he was like "Who is that nut?" I had to share some stories of course.

how exactly can dj be the highest rated lb when he's only played two games and has made his share of rookie mistakes (along with some wondrous examples of excellence that made me wistful for the days of dt)?

It's not a ranking of talent, it's a week by week ranking of players based on certain statistical categories thus far.

According to CBS' tracking of tackles, both solo and assisted, as well as forced fumbles, sacks and interceptions, DJ ranks #1 in 05 so far. Now, if blown coverages and missed gap assignments were taken into consideration, he'd rank lower.

Regardless, I still can't believe he fell to the Chiefs.

oh, i'm not complaining...

i'm thrilled to have him...

seems like you get one of the special ones every generation or so...

dj does remind me in some ways of dt, but i think dj is going to be a more complete player as he develops...

it is sorta like waking up on christmas morning and seeing the new toy train under the tree and wondering if you're still asleep and dreaming about it...

dj is definitely our new toy train... :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
