Colts Break Ground on New Stadium

I had absolutely no idea they were building a new stadium there. Maybe I'm just out of the loop.

The stadium talk has been going on for quite sometime. The state, city, Colts ownership announced in December of '04 that they had struck a deal and the stadium will be ready by teh '08 season. Good times.
