The mrs and I just got back.I'm not going to give a detailed critique of the movie but we both agree this is one that can wait till it comes out on DVD and even then wait for your local chain's special night to rent it.

I'll admit I'm somewhat of a movie snob,I like every i dotted and t crossed and there were plenty in this movie that weren't.Thank God for Jodie Foster though as her acting was the only thing that I'd give a thumbs up to.

One other note,don't be swayed by the commercials,this is not a scary movie or even one of the supernatural.

Thanks for the tip. My wife is a big Jodie Foster fan and she'll probably want to see it. I like Foster too, but based on your review, I think I'll convince her to wait for DVD.

Personally,I've never thought of her as hot and she looks really bad in this movie,however,to be fair,I'm sure the situation of her character has alot to do with that.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I think she's gotten hotter as she's gotten older.

Not that it matters , but i think Jodie "plays for the other team". Great actress though...Thanks for the heads up NZoner. We came close to seeing this last night but we instead went to see the Reese Witherspoon flick "Just Like Heaven" Sounds like we made the right choice. "Just Like Heaven" is a nice breezy romantic comedy. Reese, is of course always easy of the eyes too.

The movie imparts a fear of flying, all right – but only because it reminds you of the dross you're usually forced to watch up there.

Shes married now? wow, i didnt know that. I knew she had kids but i thought they were adopted or something??
