Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins rookie RB Ronnie Brown wasn't shocked by the sharp media criticism of him last week. "I expected it to a certain degree," he said. Kansas City Chiefs RB Priest Holmes, who has the same agent (Todd France) but has never met Brown, sent the rookie a text-message encouraging Brown to call him "if I need somebody to talk to." Brown also said "a couple guys" approached him last week at Sam's Club and said, 'Keep your head up.' "That means a lot," said Brown.
