Corey Dillon is having a really bad year so far. They had Kevin Faulk in instead of him for 2 drives. I guess his age and wear is catching up to him.

Yeah maybe in today's "don't breathe on the WR" NFL, but that's a pretty weak call on 4th down with the game on the line between two great defensive teams. The WR initiated and made more contact than the DB. Let the players settle it.

WTF was with Cowher leaving that timeout on the board? If he calls it before the kick he has ~20s after the kickoff to try and throw a couple of bombs. By keeping it he gets 1s and no chance to call that timeout.

Cowher is the anti-Martz.

We're still ahead of the Patriots in the race for home field.

That's what I'm thinking. I'd rather see both teams at 2-1 then the steelers at 3-0.

Both of these teams scare me because they know how to grind it out on both sides of the ball. It amazes me how the Pats keep losing players but continue to make you earn everything.

I also hate to give Ben R. his due but the guy is a heady QB in the mold of Brady.

I think our offense can grind it out with these defenses but it scares me that both Brady and ..berger know how to attack good defenses. I'm hoping our defense proves to be just as game as our offense and as relentless as both the Pat and Steeler defenses.

I was wondering when Amnorix would come around. I was refering to getting destroyed by the Panthers last week-as an embarrasment. They didn't play all that great today, but once again played tough when it counted. Steelers made some stupid turnovers, and I think Cheeseburger is way overrated-reminds me of a young Grbac. Big Ben should of had a couple more pics today.

This sould be a lesson for anyone that plays the Pats. Don't make stupid laterals (Randal el) and don't leave time on the clock-period.

Agreed, Quarter Pounder with Cheesburger is a slightly overrated. Kinda hard to argue against a guy with as good of winning record as that but Grbac and Bono had nice winning percentages too. Pittsburgh does a great job of protecting him with their running game and playing hard nosed defense. Sounds like the KC Chiefs circa 1995-1997. Bono/Grbac.

We played like total crap, with unbelievable penalties, turnovers and just all-around bad play, againts a good team (presumably, anyway -- their losing to the 'phins puts things in doubt), in their house and lost by only 10. We were hardly "embarassed".

Patriots had some REALLY bad plays today too. 3 turnovers. Oi vey!

Overall, though, we dominated them, which was very encouraging to see.

Roethlisisisisbergererererer is 15-1 in the regular season. KC has never had anyone like that. Does that mean he'll keep it up? No, he won't. However, for all the Vick lovers you have to love this guy even more.

Actually, I found today very encouraging.

Right now I'm more concerned with the health of our defensive backs. After that I'm concerned with the health of the offensive line.

Our running game was "functional" against the Steelers, which is all you really ask for against those guys, unless you're the Chiefs and maybe one or two other teams, who can run against just about anybody.

Some are saying Dillon is showing his age, but what I've seen looks more like crap blocking from the OLIne.
